  1. Pick up<\/strong> –\u00a0Our rug cleaning\u00a0process\u00a0begins when we pick up\u00a0your\u00a0area rug. we do an onsite inspection of\u00a0your\u00a0rugs to make sure the rug isn’t damaged.<\/li>\n
  2. Full inspection and testing<\/strong> – Once the rug is back at our rug cleaning studios we will do a full inspection of\u00a0your\u00a0rug and test the rug to make sure it will not bleed during the cleaning\u00a0process.<\/li>\n
  3. Pre treatment<\/strong> – Prior to the full cleaning we pre treat the spots and stains<\/a> on your rug with the appropriate cleaning solution to fully remove the spots and stains from\u00a0your\u00a0area rug.<\/li>\n
  4. Deep submersion pit<\/strong> – The deep submersion cleaning pit is filled with water and\u00a0your\u00a0rug is placed in the water.<\/li>\n
  5. Area rug cleaning<\/strong> – We cleaning solution is applied to your rug and we clean both sides of\u00a0your\u00a0rug for\u00a0maximum\u00a0removal of all of the dirt, dust, spots and stains.<\/li>\n
  6. Rinsing<\/strong> – Just like when you wash\u00a0your\u00a0clothes we rinse your rug with clean water to be sure all of the cleaning solutions and dirt are fully removed from\u00a0your are\u00a0rug.<\/li>\n
  7. Drying<\/strong> – your rug is placed on flat air dryer where air is pushed up through\u00a0your\u00a0rug and then\u00a0your\u00a0area rug is hung on one of our drying racks to complete the drying\u00a0process.<\/li>\n
  8. Post inspection<\/strong> – During the post inspection our team will look over your area rug and make sure all of the spot were fully removed and roll your rug up for it’s safe return to your home.<\/li>\n
